Gabe Cota

Gabe Cota has been passionately involved with the Theatre for well over 15 non-consecutive years. He first got involved when he pursued Acting in high school where he immediately decided that I wants to pursue the Fine Arts in college. As a  student in Fullerton Community College, he evolved into more passions thanks to the performance classes requiring students to to take a Technical Theatre courses concurrently. This extended to him wanting to work Costumes and Make-up when he was mesmerized by Cosplay Artists. He has been a regular helping out in Fullerton College's Theatre Department, most notably their Costume Shop. With Acting and Crew Work, Gabe has been involved in over 30 theatrical productions.

In addition to Stage Make-up in Fullerton Community College, Gabe has been experimental and self-taught thanks to resources from YouTube tutorials and trial and error. 

Gabe recently earned his Techinical Theatre Undergraduate Degree from California State University Long Beach. Gabe's passion for Make-up was further realized there. He was given a chance to experiment in classes, design shows, and his proudest work is being a Teacher's Assistant for Department Make-up Advisor Gayle Baizer. He has served as a go-between for California Repertory  Company (Cal Rep) observing fellow Make-up Designers during dress rehearsals, and mentored students during classes aiding to Gayle's instruction
